Oh dear!.. I am so overwhelmed. I honestly thank God for Saj, he came to my aid last minute. The few lessons I had with him were 100% productive. I mean for example, I never understood parallel park with my previous instructors.. but with him, parallel park felt like "a walk in the park", made so easy.. And that was the exact manouvre I got in my test, and was perfect. Saj, thanks so very much, I am honestly grateful. I would recommend Saj over and over. I mean, I am certain I wouldn't have spent so much on driving lessons if I had worked with him first. He is the best. Thanks Saj

Sajid is a very thorough instructor. He taught me very methodically and prepared me for the practical driving test. I passed on my first attempt. He had thoroughly prepared me on the test routes. A lot of structured practice and I am through the test in first attempt. Credit and 5 stars to the brilliant instructor for all his help. All the best Sajid. Best wishes

You must have a provisional license. This will need to be shown to your driving instructor in your first lesson. You also should be able to read a car number plate at 20.5 metres.

Its entirely up to you. You should take at least 1 hour lesson a week. The more lessons you take the more quicker you will learn. We recommend 1.5 or 2 hours lessons a week.

In Leicester there are 2 Practical driving test centre and 1 theory test centre.

Average Driving Lessons in Leicester

This is the most common question asked by learner drivers to their instructor. This is what DVSA says “There’s no minimum number of lessons you must have or hours you must practice driving. How many lessons you need will depend on how quickly you learn, it takes most people 45 hours of lessons to learn how to drive, plus 22 hours of private practicing with family members”.

It is very difficult to answer because everyone learns at their own pace. With our many years of experience we can say an average student would require 30 hours of driving lessons. We have had some exceptional students who pass their driving test in 16-20 hours only. We at Acceler8 Driving School offers an assessment lesson that will help us assess your abilities and will be able to tell you how many lessons you going to need to get to test standard.

These are some factors that can affect how many lessons you need – Age, Driving Instructor, Financial resources, Frequency of Lessons, Driving conditions, Private Lessons and Learning style. Remember everyone is different and they have their own ways to learn.

No. You don’t have to. But its better to learn theory whilst you are learning the practical driving. Pass your theory as early as poosible.

Driving Lessons with Acceler8 Driving School are very competitively priced and we continue to offer special offers to all learner drivers in Leicester. You may find cheap driving lessons Leicester elsewhere which could result in wasting lots of money and precious time, so don’t just look for cheap driving lessons, look at the experience of driving instructor. Still not convinced, don’t take our word for it, take the word of our happy students.
